We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at Canadian Tire Kanata. As a Sales Associate, you'll be an important part of creating a welcoming shopping experience. You'll help customers find the products they need, share your knowledge, keep your department looking its best, and work alongside a team that takes pride in helping people.

The Fundamentals of What You'll Do

• Create Great Customer Experiences: Welcome customers, offer assistance, and help them find the right products for their needs.
• Be Approachable and Helpful: Build positive relationships with customers by listening to their questions and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Learn and Share Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of the products in your department so you can confidently assist customers and recommend solutions.
• Keep the Sales Floor Ready: Maintain well-stocked shelves, organized displays, accurate pricing, and clean, presentable aisles.
• Support Sales and Promotions: Help execute promotional displays, seasonal initiatives, and merchandising activities.
• Work as a Team: Support your coworkers, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment.
• Take Initiative: Look for opportunities to help customers, complete tasks, and keep your department running smoothly without always needing to be asked.
• Put Safety First: Follow store procedures and maintain a safe environment for customers and team members.
• Stay Flexible: Assist with other tasks and departments as needed to support the overall success of the store.
