As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs and services, and make sure they have a positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and determine their automotive service and repair needs
• Respond to customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Prepare estimates and provide customers with clear information about recommended services
• Schedule appointments and manage daily service bookings
• Create, update and manage work orders
• Review completed work and recommendations with customers
• Communicate directly with technicians to ensure customer needs are understood
• Explain warranty and service contract coverage, including applicable provisions and exclusions
• Help grow the Service Department by identifying opportunities to recommend appropriate maintenance and services
• Operate our computerized work order system and cash register
• Maintain a professional, friendly and customer-focused environment
• Complete other duties as required
